Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of e-books are final and non-refundable once the download link has been provided or the e-book has been accessed. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for digital goods that have been delivered.

2. Exceptions

We may consider a refund request in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Defective File: If the e-book file is corrupted or does not work as described, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same e-book twice.
  • Wrong Item Delivered: If you received a different e-book than the one you purchased.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the exceptions above, please contact us at support@ebookstore.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.

4. Subscription Refunds

As stated in our Subscription Policy, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods if you cancel your subscription. However, if you have been charged in error or have a billing dispute, please contact us immediately.
